Nurturing Resilience & Wellbeing
Supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, young people, university students, adults, and families in a safe, person-centred environment.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, with a particular interest in supporting women through the perinatal period, including postnatal anxiety, postnatal depression, matrescence, and adjustment to parenthood.

A calm, supportive space to feel heard
I am a warm and approachable psychologist dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, young people, and their families. My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I tailor each session to the individual, recognising the unique experiences, strengths, and needs that every young person brings.
My career has taken me across a range of clinical and educational settings. I have supported university students managing both academic pressures and personal challenges, and I have worked as a psychologist within primary and secondary schools. These experiences have deepened my understanding of child and adolescent development, learning needs, and the emotional hurdles young people may encounter.
Support for growing, healing, and navigating change
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s been feeling heavy, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you don’t have to navigate this alone.
